The formerly called “Fortuna”The ship belonged to King Juan Carlos I until shortly before his abdication in 2014. Then, the Fortuna became property of National Heritage. It was built at the Bazán shipyard in San Fernando (Cádiz) to replace the previous Fortuna, donated in 1979 by Saudi King Fahd. It has an aluminum hull, a length of 43 meters and a weight of 35.4 tons. Completely renovated in 2023 with great detail by Spadoli Design.
